ASOIU hosts a food products exhibition

On November 25, under the organisation of the Technology of Organic Substances and High-Molecular Compounds Department of the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), an exhibition of food products related to food safety was held.

At the exhibition "From Theory to Practice", the participants were presented with products prepared by ten teams of students studying the speciality "Food Engineering". At the exhibition, ASOIU Rector Professor Mustafa Babanli got acquainted with the team members and the food they prepared.

Rector, Professor M. Babanli, said that such a food exhibition was held at ASOIU for the first time and highly appreciated the initiative of the department and students. Stating that food safety is always relevant, Rector M. Babanli said that the university would continue to support events and exhibitions related to food safety.

In the end, there was a tasting of products prepared by students of the speciality "Food Engineering". In general, the exhibition aroused the interest of visitors.
