Citizens of Brazil are required to obtain a visa to enter the Republic of Azerbaijan. Documents required for visa issuance:

1. 1. Application form  (printed out from the application link-max 4 pages)
2. 2. Passport or other travel document (the validity period of the passport or other travel document must be at least 3 months longer than the date of expiry of the intended visa period) and copies of their main pages;
3. 3. Two colour photos (3x4 cm, white background);
4. 4. A copy of the medical insurance certificate (if the inviting party does not undertake medical services);

About e-Visa
Standard e-Visa is issued within 3 (three) working days.

1. 1. The applicant will be sent an e-mail regarding the outcome of the application. Please note that if the applicant cannot receive the e-mail, he/she can check the outcome of the application at www.evisa.gov.az/en/check-status.
2. 2. Urgent e-Visa is issued within 3 (three) hours, regardless of holidays and non-working days.
3. 3. The applicant will be sent an e-mail regarding the outcome of the application. Please note that if the applicant cannot receive the e-mail, he/she can check the outcome of the application at www.evisa.gov.az/en/check-status.
4. 4. e-Visa applications can be created for an individual, for a family (minimum of 2 and maximum of 10 persons) or for a group (minimum of 10 and maximum of 300 persons).
5. 5. The necessary data required for the e-Visa should be entered directly into the system.
6. 6. The fee for the e-Visa is paid electronically via the system.
7. 7. The e-Visa is sent to the e-mail address of an applicant.

About Application

1. 1. Foreigners and stateless persons should apply for electronic visa at least 3 (three) working days before their planned date of arrival in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. 2. The expiry date of the applicant’s passport or other travel document should be at least 3 (three) months later than the expiry date of e-Visa .
3. 3. After the payment of the fee, a notification on the acceptance of the application is sent to the applicant's e-mail address and monitor screen

About Payment

1. 1. The fee for e-Visa is 20 US Dollars. This fee is charged for reviewing a visa application and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. 2. An amount of 9 (nine) US dollars is charged as a service fee for processing an electronic visa application. This amount is payable in addition to 20 (twenty) USD state fee for the electronic visa.
3. 3. Payment operations can be made only using Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and JCB. The card does not have to be under your name.
