Job description:

🔹Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs provides direct leadership in financial, administrative, and operational matters of structural divisions.

🔹Oversees the implementation of budget and financial control, organization and conduct of accounting, and reporting in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Ensures the timely provision of structural divisions with necessary furniture, equipment, communication, and technical means of management to strengthen their material-technical base.

🔹Also responsible for the proper storage, efficient use, protection, timely repair, and designated utilization of allocated basic assets, materials, and resources within the institution's balance. Conducts inventory in a specified manner, disposes of furniture, equipment, and other materials that are no longer useful, and monitors the conduct of State procurement competitions. Takes necessary measures for the conclusion of contracts for supply and service works.
