The lectures combined with excursions to international companies, museums and historical places complement the learning experience in order to provide students with a deep insight into the regional lifestyle.

At Univerium, your all needs and expectations have been taken into consideration. Apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready, making your transition to student life easy regardless of where you’re from. Your monthly rent includes utilities, A/C, Internet and Wi-Fi, residential services, free access to all amenities, cleaning of rooms and bedding items.
Our community was features electronic door access, free Wi-Fi, personal and group study lounges, parking, an outdoor rooftop lounge, movie theater, an amazing fitness center with sport cafe, music rooms with acoustic features, games rooms, basketball and mini-football fields, student canteen, first-floor retail/grocery stores, restaurants/coffee shops, and many other unique exceptional amenities! Each floor has study lounge with internet where you can study or relax and a kitchen area. Each student will have a personalized access badge that will ensure a secure access at three levels: dorm main gate, designated floor door/elevator and individual dorm unit. In addition, the building will have 24-hours security service in all key access areas of the building.
All rooms are designed for four students. Room area - 45 sqm Each student is provided with a sleeping place, an individual workplace, as well as a place to store personal things. The room has a bathroom and a toilet. The price includes:

How to apply
MAIN TARGET GROUPS:
Undergraduate, graduate and PhD students from business, economics, engineering and other relevant specializations.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
All students must meet one of the following requirements:

| IELTS | 6.0 or above (including 7 in all components) |
| Pearson Test of English (Academic) (PTEA) | Academic test with a score of 65 in all four components |
* If you have studied in an English speaking institution, or have courses taught at your university in English (excluding English language courses) you may meet our requirements without having to supply one of the above certificates. Evidence of this will either need to be included on a transcript or letter from your university.

Accepted international students will receive a letter of acceptance from university in order to start visa processing with the Azerbaijani Embassy. For more information regarding visa issues visit the websites below:
The electronic visa issued within three working days through the "ASAN Visa" system determines the duration of stay in the country up to 30 days and the state fee is USD 20.
