We are excited to invite students to participate in the upcoming “Autumn Digital EU4Energy Week” taking place online from October 8th to 10th, 2024, from 16:00 to 18:00 CET each day. This event, organized under the EU4Energy Programme Phase II, is an incredible opportunity for students with interests in energy, law, environment, and economics to enhance their knowledge and engage directly with international energy experts.
About the Event:
The EU4Energy Week aims to bring together students from Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries to discuss crucial topics around the transition to sustainable heating and enhancing energy efficiency. The event will feature interactive sessions with experts from the EU, where students will learn about policies, technological advancements, and best practices to drive a low-carbon future.
Event Schedule:
- Day 1 (October 8): Focus on sustainable heating from a regulatory perspective with insights from the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER).
- Day 2 (October 9): Explore energy efficiency in sustainable heating and cooling technologies, led by experts from the International Energy Agency (IEA).
- Day 3 (October 10): Learn about policies for enhancing energy efficiency and best practices from the Energy Community (EnC), followed by a session on the decarbonization of heating.
Each day will include engaging presentations, Q&A sessions, and discussions on EU and EaP policies and regulatory frameworks.
