Document Submission Period:
Submission Process:
- Eligible professors and teachers must submit a formal application directly to the university rector.
- All required supporting documentation must be uploaded through the designated online portal.
- Applications will be evaluated according to the "Supplemental Compensation Guidelines for ASOIU Faculty" (2024 Edition).
Evaluation and Notification:
- The Science and Education Analytical Center will review submitted documents.
- Results will be communicated to applicants during the final five working days of 2024.
- Applicants dissatisfied with initial decisions may submit an appeal to the rector within three working days of receiving their initial evaluation.
Appeal Procedure:
- A specialized appeal commission will conduct a thorough review of contested applications.
- The commission will determine and finalize results after comprehensive investigation.
Compensation Approval and Distribution:
- Final results will be presented and approved at the university's Scientific Council meeting in January 2025.
- Upon council approval, supplemental salaries will be:
- Authorized by rector's official order
- Distributed monthly
- Effective from January 1, 2025
- Covering a 12-month period
