World-renowned scientist delivers a lecture on fuzzy logic theory at ASOIU

Professor and Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Computational Intelligence in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada Prof. Witold Pedrycz delivered the lecture at ASOIU.

Professor and Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Computational Intelligence in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada, a foreign member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, special professor in University of Nottingham, UK Prof. Witold Pedrycz delivered the lecture at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

The lecture was attended by the ASOIU's rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, academic staff of the university, master's students and 4th years bachelor students. Prof. Witold Pedrycz delivered the lecture on the ideas and principles of fuzzy logic theory, the implications of this theory on other theories, its effective aspects and perspectives in real practice. The opinion of a world-famous professor about intellectual systems based on fuzzy logic theory caused interest of listeners.

At the end, he answered the questions regarding the lecture.
