Head of School of Engineering of the University of Aberdin made a presentation at ASOIU

On November 15 Igor Guz, the Head of School of Engineering of the University of Aberdin in UK made a presentation on "3D problems for interlaminar cracks: Non-linear effects of the crack closure under dynamic loading" at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) he visited.

The event was attended by ASOIU's Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor Gasim Mammadov,Vice-Rector for Science and Technology, Doctor of Technical Sciences Rauf Aliyarov, Vice-Rector for International Relations, associate professor Rafig Jamalov and academic staff of the university.

Firstly, providing information to the attendees on the university he represents I.Guz made a video presentation about research centers and specialties. Then the professor I.Guz made a wide video presentation on cracks caused by dynamic loading, as well as preventing interlaminar cracks.

At the end of the event, the attendees received the answer to their questions.
