On November 29, the literary and artistic composition dedicated to the 650th anniversary of the great Azerbaijani poet Imadaddin Nasimi was demonstrated in Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

Opening the event, the head of the Department of the Azerbaijani language department of ASOIU, Doctor of Philology, Professor Rustam Kemal characterized President Ilham Aliyev's order holding the 650th anniversary of the great Azerbaijani poet Nasimi as a high value to Nasimi's creativity and provided comprehensive information to the event participants about the creativity of the great poet.

Then, the students performed a musical composition based on the Nasimi's ghazals, organized by the "National Reading Association" of the Azerbaijani Language Department, at the same time the Nasimi's play was demonstrated based on the novel "Mahsher" by Isa Mughanna and "The Last Journey" by Huseynbala Miralamov.

Notably, the literary-artistic composition was held by the initiative of Konul Abdullayeva, teacher of the Department of Azerbaijani language and consisted of 3 parts.
