      On November 28 Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) participated in the 1st Inter-University Library Forum. At the republican scientific-practical conference entitled "Perspectives of development of academic libraries: From 24/7 model towards new targets” held at Azerbaijan state Economic University (UNEC), Salahat Mahmudova, Director of AzII E-Book House who represented the university made a speech on the library's 24/7 activity and work principles, as well as new perspectives of the book house.

At the end of the forum discussions were held on the main problems, perspectives and goals faced by university libraries in the 21st century.
