In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (Covid 19) and strengthen social isolation in  Azerbaijan Republic the urgent measures are being taken. Within the framework of social isolation measures the decision was adopted at the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, to terminate training and educational process in all educational institutions and postpone all events from March 29 to April 18, 2020 (the first day of training is April 20)  in order to prevent the spread of infection.

Along with other educational institutions of the country, the first school day at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry  University is scheduled for April 20, 2020.
