11th anniversary of the terrorist attack committed at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (present Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University) on April 30, 2009 was marked. As a result of the terrorist attack, 12 people were killed and 13 were seriously wounded. It is several years that ASOIU commemorates the victims of terror on April 30. On February 18, 2017 a bas-relief dedicated to the memory of the victims of the April 30 terrorist attack has been erected in the lobby of the second educational building of ASOIU. Today, on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the April 30 terrorist attack, a wreath was laid at the bas-relief dedicated to the memory of the victims of terror, and their memory was remembered.
