Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on granting Presidential scholarships to students entering higher educational institutions in the 2010/2011 academic year

The order also includes two students of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) who has the highest academic results in specialty groups in the entrance exams of the current academic year. Two students of ASOIU's Faculty of Information Technologies and Control (FITC) - Burjaliyev Sabuhi Malikajdar oglu and Ismayilzade Ahmad Salim oglu will be granted Presidential Scholarship.

Notably, according to the decree, 102 students who entered higer educational institutions in current year with high scores will be granted presidential scholarships. The students granted the Presidential Scholarship represent 27 different cities and regions of the country.
