Employees of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) took part in the "Bootcamp" that was launched to transition to the "Mentoring Specialization Program", the next component of the "Skills for the Future" project implemented by the "Innovation Center" of the State Agency for Citizen Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
ASOIU employees Fuad Ibrahimov, Fuad Agayev, Aysel Sadigov, Asmat Ahmadova, and Elviz Ismayilov actively participated in various panel discussions and training. They will support university students as "Startup Mentors" from October this year, after participating in practical training organized by the Center for Innovation.
In a two-day event panel discussions on "Innovation and education: a new way of development" was held. In addition, training on "Everything for the future", "How to build a startup?", "Leadership skills", "Mentoring, techniques and mechanisms", and "Ideas and innovation" were held, discussions with university leaders were organized.
