November 12th, at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), a meeting was held with doctoral students and a university assistant, a veteran of the Patriotic War, Niyaz Zeynalov.
Speaking at the event, ASOIU Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Professor Latafat Gardashova, said about the glorious victory of the Azerbaijani army under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev in the 44-day Patriotic War. Recalling the conscientious and responsible attitude towards N.Zeynalov's work as an employee, the professor spoke about his heroic combat path. She added that thanks to the courage of such brave sons, our ancient lands, which had been under enemy occupation for almost 30 years, were returned to their owners.
Head of the Department of Doctoral Studies at ASOIU, Associate Professor Zulfiqar Ibrahimli, Dean of the Oil Mechanical Engineering Faculty, Associate Professor Alikhikmat Akhmedov, Head of the Department of Industrial Engineering, Associate Professor Jamaladdin Aslanov spoke about the invincibility of Azerbaijani soldiers and their heroism. They also noted that Zeynalov's dedication to restoring the territorial integrity of our lands and education is an example for each Azerbaijani. Veteran Niyaz Zeynalov shared his impressions with the participants of the event. At the meeting, on behalf of doctoral students, N.Zeynalov was presented with a gift.
During the meeting, the ASOIU Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Professor Latafat Gardashova and the Head of the Department of Doctoral Studies at ASOIU, Associate Professor Zulfiqar Ibrahimli, introduced the doctoral students to the innovations. They informed about the preparation of scientific papers, writing articles, conducting research and other similar issues. Then they answered the questions of doctoral students.
