On December 8-9, PASHA Life Insurance OJSC held a master class for students, organized by the Alumni and Career Center of the Public Relations and Marketing Department of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

Opening the event, the Alumni and Career Center specialist, Aytaj Malikova, informed the students about the training’s organization, its importance, and guests.

Having informed the ASOIU students about PASHA Life, the Head of Recruitment and HR Operations of PASHA Life Insurance OJSC, Vusala Hasanova, presented the topic “Recommendations for preparing CV”. She spoke about the benefits of career advancement at work, conducting a comparative analysis in different areas.

HR System specialist Narmin Salmanova and junior HR specialist Gunay Shikhzadeh spoke about “Recommendations for preparing for an interview”. During the master class, students’ questions were answered, and opinions were exchanged on topics.

At the end, a competition was held among the students, and the winners were awarded prizes.
