On December 10, the LUKOIL Corner, restored by the company, was opened at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

The event was attended by the Rector of ASOIU, Professor Mustafa Babanli, LUKOIL Vice President for Petroleum Products Sales, Maxim Donde, Director-General of Lukoil Azerbaijan CJSC Zaur Jalilov and General Director of LLK-International Kirill Vereta, as well as the academic staff of the university and students.

After the opening ceremony of the restored LUKOIL Corner, a meeting was held with LUKOIL Vice President M. Donde and the delegation.

Welcoming the guests at the university, the Rector, Professor M. Babanli, stressed the importance of holding such meetings with students and spoke about the priority areas of training by the labour market.

M.Donde said that he was pleased to be at ASOIU. The Vice President spoke about job opportunities, projects, internship programs and the staff of the company he represents. Noting that working with students is particularly important for LUKOIL, M.Donde said that there are various training opportunities and prospects by the requirements of the labour market and companies. He also stressed that it is time to take advantage of these opportunities and implement new research projects and internship programs with students.

The meeting also discussed excursions of ASOIU students to LUKOIL and internship opportunities.

At the end, answers were given to participants' questions.
