On December 13, a meeting with a delegation from the Ufa State Oil Technical University (USPTU) was held at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

The meeting was attended by the Rector of ASOIU, Professor Mustafa Babanli, vice-rectors, academic staff, students and guests.

Welcoming the guests to the university, the Rector, Professor M. Babanli, made a video presentation on teaching at ASOIU, honorary graduates, specialities taught in English, Azİİ IT Club, Laser Center, HPC Center, Azİİ e-Book House, international cooperation, dual programs, partnerships with industry enterprises and UFAZ.

The meeting also discussed the importance of joint projects, expanding direct contacts between students and improving dual programs.

Then the representatives of USPTU presented a group of ASOIU students with certificates of honour of the competition of final qualification works of bachelors within the framework of the Association of Russian - Azerbaijani universities on the topic "Geological structure and oil and gas potential of the Shah Deniz area."

Then the representatives of USPTU, who took part in the internship, were presented with certificates and gifts from ASOIU.
