The exam session of the autumn semester has started at ASOIU

At the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), 12,533 bachelors and 2,287 masters will take part in the examination session of the autumn semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. As of January 5, 1,523 students took part in the exams. 40 students who missed more than 25% of classes were not allowed to take exams.

At ASOIU, all measures have been taken to organize the examination session by the current rules to ensure transparency and objectivity in assessing students' knowledge. Online exams were organized for students with coronavirus or whose family members are infected. In order to ensure the transparency of examinations, the Office created under the leadership of a Vice-Rector supervises the examination process.

ASOIU Rector Professor Mustafa Babanli visited the auditoriums where the exams were held and watched the process.

It should be noted that exams are held in 3 shifts (9:00, 13:00, 17:00) in 2 forms (written, written and oral). Exam results are coded and, after verification, are posted in the electronic university (Unibook) within 24 hours. The exam session of the autumn semester at ASOIU began on December 22 at the correspondence department and on January 5 at full-time. Students who receive an unsatisfactory mark on the exam (for the exam with credit arrears in only 2 subjects) can retake the exam on February 2-14 with a payment of 25%.

Note that the exam session for the autumn semester of the 2021/2022 academic year will end on February 14.
