On February 3, the Rector of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli, met with the deans and tutors of the university.
Speaking about the fact that tutoring is a flexible university management system, the Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, noted that one of their main tasks is to be the best guide for students at the university.
The Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, emphasized that tutors should have a bachelor's degree and a master's degree and work as tutors in groups of faculties according to their specialities.
Noting that tutoring forms a bridge between the university and students and is a highly responsible area of activity, the Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, also spoke about the organization of certified training for tutors and said a "Guide for tutors" would be developed. Emphasizing the need for further improvement of work in this direction, the Rector, Professor M. Babanli, answered the questions of tutors from different faculties and gave detailed information about their positions and responsibilities.
