A fourth-year Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) student majoring in Computer Engineering, Ahmedli Ulvi Elbrus oglu, won the Azercell scholarship program.

It should be noted that the students participating in the program successfully passed the test exam in English and mathematics, passed the interview twice and won the scholarship program. Until the end of the academic year, students will receive a monthly scholarship from Azercell.
