On February 21, a seminar was held at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) with doctoral students and dissertators. ASOIU Rector Professor Mustafa Babanli spoke about the development of science and the training of highly qualified personnel at the university. He noted that along with the modernization of education, as a research institution, ASOIU should always pay attention to the development of science, and in this task, a lot of work falls on the shoulders of young scientists.

The seminar also discussed the topics and scientific directions chosen by the doctoral students. They presented their scientific research told about the goals and developments. Rector M. Babanli listened to the speeches of some of them and gave instructions and recommendations. He added that the university will always support every young scientist in achieving scientific success.
