On March 12 at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), another "Open Microphone" was held.

The event, held in the assembly hall of ASOIU with the participation of the Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, academic staff and students, was also broadcast live on the university's official Facebook page.

Rector M. Babanli spoke about the results of the winter examination session of the 2021/2022 academic year, about qualitative and quantitative indicators, as well as about groups with high results. Then the students of the first, second, third and fourth courses were awarded.

Speaking about the work done to restore traditional education at the university and bring it in line with modern standards and improve its quality, Rector M. Babanli noted that several new projects will be implemented in the field of IT, as well as in the area of teaching foreign languages - English, German, French.

Rector M. Babanli, having informed about the work accomplished and planned to organize a Practical internship at the university and acquire practical skills by students, spoke about the new laboratories that will be created at ASOIU and about the work to be done with partner companies. Then Rector M.Babanli answered the questions of the students that attended the event and joined online. He expressed his comments and suggestions on the existing shortcomings and gave instructions on implementing issues that need to be addressed.
