On March 15, a master class was held for Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) students on "Ways to integrate into the labour market successfully and career development" by Hidayat Karimov, a leading HR specialist of Azer Turk Bank OJSC.

The meeting organiser, Aytaj Malikova, an ASOIU Alumni Career Center specialist, greeted the audience and informed them about the master class. Then the Azer Turk Bank specialist and students exchanged views by the directions outlined. Hidayat Karimov spoke on such topics as "How to prepare a proper CV", "Where to get acquainted with vacancies", "How to prepare for a job interview", "Mistakes in a job interview," and others.

At the end, answers were given to students' questions in these areas.
