On March 18, an event on the Novruz holiday was held at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU). ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, congratulated the academic staff and students of the university on the occasion of Spring.

Speaking about the particular importance of the celebration as a country whose territorial integrity was ensured thanks to the heroism of our martyrs and the invincible Azerbaijani army, the Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, noted that Novruz is celebrated today in all Azerbaijani lands.

Recalling that the Novruz holiday is one of the most ancient holidays reflecting the national traditions of our people, the Rector, Professor M. Babanli, wished peace, prosperity and good health to thousands of students and teachers of the university, as well as to the entire Azerbaijani people. At the end, a festive fire was lit in the university's courtyard.
