On April 4, SOCAR KBR specialists met with the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) students.

The meeting organizer Aytadj Malikova, ASOIU Alumni Career Center specialist, greeted the participants and informed the students about the meeting.

An employee of SOCAR KBR LLC, Afsana Chopurova, gave brief information about the company and spoke about the company's working environment, social activities, and opportunities for young people.

Then the representative of SOCAR KBR LLC, Munavvar Aliyeva, told the students about the courses "SƏTƏM Engineering" and "Principles of SƏTƏM". The meeting also discussed the "Importance of gender equality" and "The need for self-development for a future career."

Further, the employees of SOCAR KBR LLC, Fuad Badirkhanov and Ulvi Fatullayev shared their personal experiences, spoke about the ways to achieve career success and skills development, and the importance of gaining experience in the engineering field.

At the end of the meeting, students' questions were answered.
