On April 20, a meeting was held at METAK LLC with a group of students of the speciality "Mechanical Engineering" of the Faculty of Oil Mechanical Engineering of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).
The meeting was attended by the Dean of the faculty, Associate Professor Ali Hikmet Akhmedov, Deputy Dean for scientific work, Associate Professor Tahir Suleymanov, Head of the training and development department of METAK LLC Kubra Imanova and specialist of the department Ayten Jabrayilzade.
Associate Professor A. Ahmedov noted close cooperation with industrial enterprises within the action plan framework in his speech. He thanked the company's representatives for creating an opportunity for students to take daily practice in parallel with their studies, noting that this internship program is vital in increasing the practical content of the theoretical knowledge students receive in the learning process.
Talking about the history and production directions of the company, Kubra Imanova, head of the training and development department of METAK LLC, made a presentation.
At an interactive meeting with students, the importance of environmentally friendly production and consumption was discussed, and students' questions were answered.
It should be noted that students who successfully complete the internship program will be awarded certificates.
