Seminar on "Stress Management" is held at ASOIU

On April 22, the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University hosted a "Stress Management" seminar from FOCUS Group.

Students from all faculties of ASOIU attended the seminar.

The meeting organiser, Aytaj Malikova, ASOIU Alumni Career Center specialist, greeted the participants and informed the students about the meeting. Then the Head of the FOCUS Group companies, psychologist Ulviyya Hummatova made a presentation on the topic "Stress Management". Regarding the importance of healthy stress management, U. Hummatova also talked about stress symptoms and stressors.

Then answers were given to students' questions on the topic.
