Assistant at the Department of Technology Of Organic Substances And  High Molecular Compounds at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), an employee of the Scientific-Research Institute "Geotechnological Problems of Oil, Gas and Chemistry", PhD. Narmina Guliyeva paid a working visit to Germany's the Clausthal University of Technology. From May 7 to May 22, N. Guliyeva conducted research for two weeks at the Department of Organic Chemistry of the Clausthal University of Technology in preparation for the Horizon project. She lectured to undergraduates of the university on the topics "Hydrogen Energy", "Graphene Oxide", "Supramolecular Chemistry", "Chitosan and Composites Based on It", "Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Azerbaijan", "Nitrogen Dicarboxylates" and "Application of Graphene Oxide in ecology".

In addition, she discussed four projects with the Director of the Department of Organic Chemistry, René Wilhelm and the institute's Director, Sabina Bowerman. She conducted research in the laboratories of the University of Clausthal.
