On October 18, the Rector of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli, who is on an official visit to the Republic of Turkiye, and the delegation were received by Professor Hassan Mandal, President of Scientific and Technological Research Council (TUBITAK). At the meeting, an exchange of views took place on expanding cooperation on various aspects of bilateral relations between the universities of both countries, as well as the development and support of multiple projects between universities and industrial centres.
