The Rector of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli, who is on an official visit to the Republic of Turkiye, and the delegation on October 19, met with the Rector of Gazi University, Professor Musa Yildiz.

Rector Professor Musa Yildiz, in his speech, said that ASOIU is very important for Gazi University. He stated that Gazi University is a university that takes on the mission of developing cooperation with the Turkic world. Rector, Professor Musa Yildiz, who expressed his desire to further develop relations with ASOIU, said that cooperation would be beneficial for both countries.

During the meeting, ASOIU Rector Professor Mustafa Babanli gave information about the university he heads. Noting that both universities are well-established, the Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, said that cooperation with Gazi University would continue on a broader format.

Thus, a memorandum was signed between the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and Gazi University regarding educational, academic and cultural cooperation at the meeting. At the same time, an Erasmus agreement was signed between both universities to implement international projects and exchange programs. The rectors of both universities signed the documents.
