On October 25, an "Civil Defenсe and First Aid" event was held at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU). Elshan Mammadov, Chief of Civil Defenсe Headquarters of ASOIU, spoke at the event attended by university staff about the importance of civil defence for life. He noted that the safety of citizens and employees is always taken into account at the university. At an open training meeting held in the university's courtyard, the rules of conduct that everyone should know during an emergency were again brought to the participants' attention.
