On November 22, a meeting was held between the Rector of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli, the Rector of Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University, Professor Ismail Hakki Özölçer and the Head of Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı in Azerbaijan, Khalil Bugra Yavuz and the delegation.

At the meeting, the guests were given detailed information about the ASOIU educational process, the work done, partnerships and new projects. Rector Professor Mustafa Babanli also spoke about Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University. He said that cooperation with this educational institution in the energy sector is especially important, and new joint projects promise great success for both universities.

The Rector of the Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University, Professor Ismail Hakki Özölçer and the Head of Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı in Azerbaijan, Khalil Bugra Yavuz, spoke at the meeting and talked about new prospects for cooperation. Professor Ismail Hakki Özölçer emphasized the importance of the AzII experience and stressed that he was glad to cooperate with this university.

In the end, the parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
