On November 28, a group of active members of the youth organisation “ASAN Volunteers” was on an excursion at the Museum of Mineralogy, operating under the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

Volunteers got acquainted with the varieties of mineral exhibits stored in the museum. The director of the museum, Associate Professor Agamehdi Agayev, told the visitors in detail about the name, chemical composition and mineral deposits, showing on the map of Azerbaijan the regions where mineral deposits are located.

The young people left the university with good impressions and were satisfied with being acquainted with such a rich museum.
