Within the framework of the TAIEX project, a seminar on cybersecurity was held. On December 13-14, 2022, a two-day workshop titled "Strengthening the Cyber Security Ecosystem" was jointly organised by the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan (AKTA) and the European Commission. The event's primary purpose, supported by the European Commission's TAIEX instrument, is to promote the strengthening of information security and cybersecurity, including the ICT ecosystem, as well as the legislative framework in the Republic of Azerbaijan through the exchange of experience.

Within the seminar, reports on the topics "Cybersecurity and stability: strengthening the security of critical infrastructure", "Management in the field of cybersecurity", "Exchange of experience on legislation in cybersecurity", "Strengthening cyber capacity", and other topics were heard and discussed by the relevant experts of the European Commission.

 A meeting was held between the chairman, vice-chairman and delegation of AKTA, representatives of the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster and European experts with the academic staff of ASOIU within the seminar. During the meeting, the exchange of teachers, students, and academic information was discussed, and cooperation was planned.
