On December 16, the 71st Scientific-Technical Conference of Students dedicated to the "Shusha Year" finished at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

Speaking at the closing ceremony Professor Mustafa Babanli, ASOIU Rector, talked about the importance of the conference and noted its significance for young scientists and researchers. Speaking about the organisation of the conference, Professor Mustafa Babanli, Rector, highly appreciated the reports, the scientific potential of the conference, and especially the activity of young people.

At the 71st Scientific-Technical Conference of Students dedicated to the "Shusha Year", out of 398 abstracts received in 9 sections, 238 articles and abstracts were accepted for the conference after technical and plagiarism checks. 95 articles and 143 theses were heard at the conference, held online and offline.

At the conference, lasting for three days in different sections, students who excelled in each section were awarded certificates. 20 students were awarded certificates in 9 nominations.
