On December 12-16, Nigar Ismayilova, Associate Professor of the Department of General and Applied Mathematics of ASOIU, visited the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar of Portugal as part of the Erasmus + Magnus Master's program "Mobile Application Development and Game Design".

During the visit, N. Ismayilova got acquainted with the Institute's research centre, "Smart City", the laboratories of robotics, automation and computer networks, and gave a lecture and practical exercises for undergraduates on "Natural Language Processing, NLP". During the visit, the issues of continuing cooperation with ASOIU in scientific and industrial projects, as well as the co-supervision of master's and doctoral dissertations, were also discussed with the Institute's faculty.
