On December 29, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) held a party dedicated to the Christmas and New Year organised by the International Students Dean's Office.

The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Rafik Jamalov, ASOIU Vice-Rector for International Relations, Assoc. Prof. Ulviya Abbasova, ASOIU Deputy Vice-Rector for International Relations, Yashar Hasanov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Dean of International Student Affairs, Nigar Babayeva, as well as the academic staff and students of the university and other guests.

Opening the event, N. Babayeva, the chief inspector of the dean's office for work with international students and U. Abbasova, ASOIU Deputy Vice-Rector for International Relations, greeted the guests and congratulated the international students on the occasion of the New Year and wished everyone to be in good spirits.

Then the event continued with an entertaining show program.

It should be noted that more than 70 international students and guests from 15 countries participated in the celebration.
