Lecture classes of students of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) majoring in food engineering of the Organic Substances and Technology of High-Molecular Compounds Department were held at Veyseloglu LLC -Ulduz Chocolate Factory.

Students and teaching staff at the enterprise producing various varieties of chocolate (Prof. Fariz Amirov, Prof. Vugar Mikayilov, Assoc. Prof. Zaur Agamaliyev, Tarana Agayeva and other employees) got acquainted with the production area and facilities of the factory. The students closely followed the production process. In the end, the students' views of the experience were evaluated.
