In order to improve the quality of the educational process among students, teachers who take part in the training program at the undergraduate level are evaluated. The headcount and evaluation results conducted among students are presented on the website and are publicly available. The purpose of this procedure is to provide students with the opportunity to express their opinion about the quality of the educational process, which the faculty provide. Evaluation of teachers by students is carried out according to a number of parameters, including teaching skills, the content of the course, and the ability to communicate, both with individual students and with the group as a whole.
The evaluation, in the future, will allow the university administration to take rational steps to improve the quality of education. On the part of the students, this procedure was met satisfactorily. The students expressed their hope that such an initiative would continue in the future.
