On June 4, students specialising in E-government of the Master's Program in Business Administration jointly established by Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) and Georgia State University of the USA visited Shamakhi city.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of the Shamakhi "ASAN Service" Center and interact with the centre's volunteers. They engaged in an exchange of experiences regarding various management methods and had their questions addressed.

Additionally, the students visited the Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory, where they received insights from observatory specialists about the tracking of celestial objects and the utilisation of high-precision equipment in this process. They also familiarised themselves with the necessary computing systems involved.
