In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan's national leader, Heydar Aliyev, and the establishment of the Republic of Tükiye, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (ZBEU), and Tükiye Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) jointly organised an Energy seminar and a conference on "Energy Issues, Hydrocarbons, and Renewable Energy Sources." Professor Mustafa Babanli, the Rector of ASOIU, and a delegation attended both events.

During their visit, Rector Mustafa Babanli and Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs Professor Latafat Gardashova of ASOIU met with Professor Ismail Hakkı Özölçer, the Rector of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (ZBEU). 

Rector Özölçer expressed his pleasure in hosting Rector Mustafa Babanli and Vice-Rector Latafat Gardashova at the university and discussed potential areas of collaboration between the two institutions. The meeting involved a comprehensive discussion on possible directions for cooperation.

Rector Professor Mustafa Babanli expressed his satisfaction with the visit to the university and conveyed his openness to collaboration in the development of higher education between brotherly and friendly countries. He sincerely thanked Rector Professor I.H.Özölçer for his warm hospitality.
