On July 19, Azerbaijani-French University (UFAZ) held an Open Door Day for applicants and their parents regarding admission to UFAZ Bachelor Programs for the 2023/2024 academic year. 

Firstly, event participants were provided with detailed information about the admission procedure and bachelor programs at UFAZ.

UFAZ Alumni of Chemical Engineering and current master's student of Massachusetts Institute of Technology with full scholarship Laman Jalilova shared her UFAZ experiences and impressions about student life at the university, as well as the opportunities UFAZ provides for its students.

Acting Rector of ASOIU, Assoc. Prof. Vazeh Askarov welcomed the guests and informed them about the establishment and development of UFAZ as the initiative of the head of the country.

Later, Vazeh Askarov and the Head of the Education Department, Samra Shiriyeva, answered the participants' questions. 

The deadline for registration for the UFAZ bachelor's degree admission examination is August 1. A total of 160 places are allocated for the bachelor's program for the academic year 2023/2024, and all places are on a governmental basis (Computer Science - 60 places, Chemical Engineering - 35 places, Oil and Gas Engineering - 35 places, Geophysical Engineering - 30 places).
