From September 20 to 29, a series of meetings were held at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) with the faculty’s staff led by the rector.
The meetings were attended by ASOIU’s Acting Rector, Associate Professor Vazeh Asgarov, vice-rectors, deans and staff of faculties. 
During the discussions, Associate Professor Vazeh Asgarov spoke about the upcoming challenges, new goals, and the organization of teaching and examination processes for the academic year 2023-2024. He emphasized the need to strengthen the work done to improve the quality of education, optimize scientific articles, implement modern approaches to teaching at the faculties, and upgrade the material and technical base of laboratories. He noted the necessity of innovations in various areas to enhance the quality of education.
Furthermore, the opinions and suggestions of faculty members were heard during the meetings, and discussions were held on the improvement of teaching and the implementation of innovations. During the meetings with the faculties, Associate Professor Vazeh Asgarov outlined the main objectives and provided tasks and recommendations.
