On October 12, Turan Drilling and Engineering company organized a seminar on the topic of 'Overview of Human Resource Management' at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

During the session, the Human Resources Manager at Turan Drilling and Engineering, Jamila Shafiyeva, the Training and Development Team Leader, Yana Rassolko, and the Training and Development Administrator, Leyla Gojayeva, along with ASOIU staff and students, participated. Jamila Shafiyeva, the HR Manager at Turan Drilling and Engineering, presented and spoke about effective human resource management, employee motivation, proper allocation of roles among colleagues, evaluation criteria, and other related topics.

Finally, questions from the students were addressed.
