On February 20-22 rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), professor Mustafa Babanli attends the International Youth Scientific-Practical Forum "Oil Capital" and I International academic oil congress named after Farman Salmanov organized within the framework of the event that held in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug of the Russian Federation. The forum is supported by the Yugorsk State University, as well as other gas-oil universities and companies in Russia, that ASOIU cooperates with.

ASOIU's delegation took part in events dedicated to the memory of a prominent graduate of our university Farman Salmanov in Khanty-Mansi. Professor Mustafa Babanli delivered a welcoming speech at the opening of the conference, attended by Natalia Komarova, the governor of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

On February 21, Rector of ASOIU, professor M.Babanli, was a moderator of the plenary session titled "Future Education: Perspective experience in the training of personnel for the Oil industry".Rector M.Babanli also made a report on "Innovative model of the organization of the teaching process at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University".
