On March 1 Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) held an event related to the World Civil Defence Day on “Child safety"

Opening the event, Chief of ASOIU Civil Defence headquarters Elshan Mammadov spoke about the history and importance of the Civil Defense Day. Speaking about the activities of the Civil Defense Organization, E.Mammadov mentioned the potential dangers, natural disaster, mandatory evacuation rules during fire and accidents, and the importance of educational works in this direction.

Making a speech at the event, head of the Department of Industrial Safety and Labor Protection, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Sakit Rasulov touched upon the importance of enlightenment at a time when social disasters and natural calamities have activated.

At the end, the event participants received answers to their questions.
