On March 6 Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli met with Ph.D. students and their dissertation supervisors.  

Opening the event, head of the Ph.D. office of ASOIU, doctor of technical sciences Latafat Gardashova greeted the Ph.D. students and provided information to attendees of the event about the statistics of admission to the doctorate degree of the university in the current academic year.

Expressing his proud of meeting the P.h.D students, rector, professor M.Babanli underlined that ASOIU attaches great attention to the Ph.D. degree. Noting the importance of the application of new technologies and innovative methods in education, rector M.Babanli emphasized the great responsibility of the P.h.D students in this regard. Rector M.Babanli also touched upon the issues of timely preparation of dissertation topics, as well as the development of devices, the importance of the results of the IELTS and TOEFL of P.h.D students.

Later, P.h.D students showing the highest results on faculties were presented student cards.

At the end, the participants received the answer to their questions.
