On April 18, visit of the laboratories of Azerbaijan French University (UFAZ) functioning under Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) and presentation of UFAZ future supercomputer was held at the university.

The event attended by the Rector of ASOIU, Professor Mustafa Babanli, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic Aurelia Bouchez, company executives, representatives of the university and other guests.

Firstly, guests got acquainted with UFAZ's Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry and Physics laboratories. Pierre Collet made a presentation on UFAZ future supercomputer applications.

PhD student of the University of Strasbourg Ulviya Abdulkarimova (UFAZ Mathematics teacher) made a brief presentation about her Research work using Supercomputer calculation power

In the end, participants received answers to their questions.
