On May 29 the Academic Board of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) held its next meeting. Rector of ASOIU, professor Mustafa Babanli first provided information about the issues on the agenda.

Dean of the Master’s Degree Division, Associate Professor Azizagha Gurbanov made a report on the condition of the Master’s degree training at ASOIU.

The annual report of the Director of Azerbaijan-French University, Associate Professor Vazeh Askerov was heard at the meeting.

Scientific Secretary, Associate Professor Yetar Aliyeva provided information to the members of the Scientific Board about the qualification works.

The meeting also featured discussions about the report of the Commission on the English language teaching quality assessment, establishment of scientific journals of some faculties and the approval of the editorial staff, accelerating the creation of a database of the Scientific Portal and other issues.
